The NWTA is the ManKind Project's signature training. It is a weekend-long experiential workshop, roughly modeled on the structure of initiation, designed to help nurture and provoke the unique personal transformations for which each participant comes. The training equips participants with modern and ancient tools for life and connects them with a community of supportive others.
We are committed to supporting the container for men to grow. We offer financial support to men from our circle to attend the NWTA, advanced trainings, and to grow in their leadership.
